Improve the security and functionality of Zeroin by setting the timeouts within the bulk data matching.

The timeouts will still be visible and the user can still change it to a larger number than predefined BUT will not be able to go lower.

Time limits - 12h up to 300 profiles visited / gathered data, 24h 800 visited /. data gathered

Timeouts are automatically set (user can change it only to above):

- set on 10 to 35 pages in one go - 30-40 sec
